Privacy Policy

Jackpot Launchpad is a non-custodial interface to public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. Most of what happens here is on-chain and public by design, and the interface is built to hold as little about you as it can. This policy explains what data touches the service, what we do with it, and what we never do.

Using the service means connecting your own wallet and signing your own transactions. We do not run accounts, and we do not ask you for a name, email, or password to trade.

• Wallet addresses and on-chain activity. When you connect a wallet, we read its address and the transactions it makes on Robinhood Chain. This data is already public on the blockchain regardless of this site; we read and display it.
• Content you submit. If you launch a token, we store what you give us directly — such as an uploaded token image, name, symbol, and social links.
• Basic request and analytics logs. Our hosting and infrastructure providers collect standard technical data (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps) for security, performance, and abuse prevention, the same as most websites.

• No custody. We never take custody of your trading funds. Your tokens and ETH stay in your wallet and in public Uniswap pools — we never hold your personal balance.
• No KYC by default. We do not collect government ID, names, or identity documents to use the service, unless a specific law requires it of us in the future.
• We don't sell your data.We do not sell or rent your data, and we don't build advertising or cross-site tracking profiles about you.

Your wallet address and every transaction it makes are recorded on a public blockchain — anyone can view them, with or without this website. Connecting a wallet here does not create new public data; it lets us read what is already public and, if you win a draw, send a payout to that address. On-chain data is permanent and outside anyone's ability to delete.

We use your browser's local storage to remember your connected wallet between visits and to keep the wallet-connection library working. This is functional, not advertising.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use cookies or storage to build ad-targeting profiles or to track you across other sites.

Running the service means relying on third-party infrastructure that may process technical data such as your IP address:

• RPC providers. To read and submit blockchain data, requests pass through Robinhood Chain RPC provider(s). They may see your IP address and the requests your wallet makes.
• Hosting and storage. The website is hosted by a cloud provider, and uploaded images are kept in object storage.
• The blockchain itself. Robinhood Chain is a public network. Anything you send to it is visible to everyone and permanent — this is a property of the chain, not a choice by us.

On-chain data is permanent by nature of the blockchain and cannot be deleted. Off-chain data we control — uploaded images and technical logs — is kept only as long as needed to run the service, secure it, and meet any legal obligation, then deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the limited off-chain data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. We will honor valid requests to the extent the law requires and our systems allow.

We cannot alter or erase on-chain data — that is a permanent property of the public blockchain and outside our control. To make a request, use the contact below.
