Terms of Service

What using this service means, in plain language. A non-custodial launchpad on a new chain, running new software — read the risks before you trade.

Last updated July 21, 2026

Draft — template pending review by the operator's legal counsel. Not legal advice.

01What this is

Jackpot Launchpad (the “service”) is a non-custodial launchpad on Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum Orbit L2 (chain ID 4663). Anyone can launch a fixed-supply token, trade it against a locked Uniswap V3 pool, and a share of trading fees funds on-chain-verifiable prize draws that pay ETH to traders. You interact with the service by connecting your own self-custodial wallet and signing your own transactions.

These Terms of Service (“terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of the service. By connecting a wallet, launching a token, trading, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Early software

This is early software running on a new chain. Use it only with funds you are fully prepared to lose, and read the risks in section 05 before you trade.

02Eligibility

By using the service you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
  • You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the service from any jurisdiction where using it would be unlawful, and you are not subject to sanctions or on any restricted-persons list.
  • You will comply with all laws that apply to you, including tax and securities laws.

[JURISDICTION — owner to set]— the operator's counsel must insert the specific list of excluded and prohibited jurisdictions here before launch. The service may restrict or block access at its discretion.

03Non-custodial by design

The service never takes custody of your trading funds. Your tokens and ETH live in your own wallet and in public Uniswap V3 pools on-chain. Every trade, launch, and claim is a transaction you sign yourself — the operator cannot move, freeze, or recover your funds, and cannot transact on your behalf.

The only funds the operator ever holds are pooled prize funds awaiting a draw and the operational balances that pay winners. Those are separate from your wallet and are never your personal balance.

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase, and for every transaction signed from your wallet. The operator cannot recover lost keys, reverse a transaction, or restore access to a wallet. If your wallet is compromised, the operator cannot help you retrieve anything.

04Prize draws are games of chance

Trading on the service earns entries into periodic prize draws. Entries are proportional to the fees your trading generates. Draws are games of chance decided by public, on-chain-verifiable randomness (drand) committed before the randomness that decides them exists — see /transparency.

  • Winning is never guaranteed, no matter how much you trade. More entries mean better odds, not a better guaranteed outcome.
  • Prizes are funded entirely by trading fees. The operator does not add to, guarantee, or backstop any pot.
  • Past payouts do not predict future ones. There is no expected return, yield, or profit.
  • Draw mechanics, thresholds, and prize structures are described elsewhere on the site and may change (see section 11).

Nothing about the draws is an investment, a security, or a promise of profit. They are an entertainment feature layered on top of trading you choose to do.

05Risks you accept

Using the service carries serious risk. By using it you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Smart-contract risk. The launch, fee, and token contracts are new software on a new chain. Bugs, exploits, or economic flaws could cause partial or total loss of funds, and on-chain transactions are irreversible.
  • Memecoin volatility. Tokens launched here are high-risk and intended for entertainment. Prices are volatile, driven by speculation, and can go to zero. You can lose the entire value of anything you trade or hold.
  • Total loss. You may lose everything you put in. Only use funds you can afford to lose completely — this is true whether or not you ever participate in a prize draw.
  • No winnings guarantee. There is no guarantee you will win any draw or receive any prize, and no guarantee of any return of any kind.
  • Chain and network risk. Robinhood Chain, Uniswap, RPC providers, and other infrastructure may be delayed, congested, reorganized, forked, or unavailable. Liquidity may be thin and slippage high.
  • Liquidity is locked. Pool liquidity is locked from launch. Neither you nor the creator can withdraw it, and locked liquidity does not guarantee price stability or an ability to exit a position.
  • Third-party tokens. Anyone can launch a token. A token appearing on the service is not an endorsement. Do your own research; assume a token may be worthless or a scam.

06No financial advice

Nothing on the service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to buy or sell any asset. The operator is not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for determining and meeting any tax obligations that arise from your trading or any prize winnings in your jurisdiction. If you need advice, consult a qualified professional.

07Prohibited use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, or evade sanctions or access restrictions (including by using a VPN or proxy to bypass a jurisdiction block).
  • Launder money, finance terrorism, or move the proceeds of crime.
  • Manipulate markets — including wash trading, spoofing, or pump-and-dump schemes — or defraud, mislead, or harm other users.
  • Launch a token that infringes intellectual property, impersonates a person or brand, or promotes illegal activity, violence, or hate.
  • Attack, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure, including exploiting contracts, scraping abusively, or circumventing security.
  • Upload malware, misleading metadata, or content you have no right to use.

The operator may restrict, suspend, or block access to the interface at any time and for any reason, including suspected prohibited use. The underlying on-chain contracts are permissionless and outside the operator's control.

08Intellectual property

The service's name, branding, interface, and original content are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the interface for its intended purpose — nothing more.

When you launch a token or upload content (such as a token image, name, or socials), you represent that you have the right to use it, and you grant the operator a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to run and promote the service. On-chain data is public and permanent by nature.

09Disclaimers — “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

The operator does not warrant that the service, its smart contracts, the underlying blockchain, or any third-party infrastructure will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected. You use the service at your own risk.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, tokens, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service — including losses caused by market movements, smart-contract behavior, network outages, protocol conditions outside the operator's control, or your own error.

[JURISDICTION — owner to set]— the operator's counsel must confirm the aggregate liability cap and any carve-outs required by the governing jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11Changes to these terms

The operator may modify these terms, the interface, or the rules governing pools and prize draws at any time. Material changes are reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

12Governing law & disputes

[JURISDICTION — owner to set]— the operator's counsel must specify the governing law, dispute-resolution mechanism, and venue (for example, arbitration terms and any class-action waiver) before launch. Until set, no governing law or venue is agreed.
